Vision
This same triage endpoint could run inside DJ.Studio itself. When a user clicks "Send Support", the app hits this API first, shows the diagnosis to the user, and — if it doesn't self-resolve — forwards the ticket to Intercom with the triage already attached. Admin opens the ticket: diagnosis is on screen before they read the first line. Or the user fixes it themselves and never opens a ticket at all.
